We are not a lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, or financial advisor. We do not:

• Make credit decisions
• Issue loan approvals or denials
• Offer specific loan terms
• Guarantee loan approval or rates

Any mortgage products or services are offered solely by our Partners.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to use this Site. By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• You are the individual whose information is being submitted
• You are authorized to provide the submitted information

By submitting your information through our Site, you:

We do not guarantee how many Partners may receive your information. Multiple lenders may contact you.

• Reverse engineer any portion of the Site
